The last time I played consistently was the high school chess club. I am 56 now and probably forgotten a lot.
Just after high school i studied the game more, and became tournament ready. Never could gather enough money to join the USCF though.
To me chess is a gentlemans game. Bad sportsmanship not appreciated.
Oh, and in my profile pic i was 19. i only ever entered one bodybuilding competition.
