I like open games that are rich in tactics, and like the middle game of chess, where the real creativity comes into play. I have a good memory of openings and their variations. Playing style? I have no particular preference of any piece or style, I have good knowledge on defense and am not afraid of attacking when I have to. I will say this, I need at least a good half our of time to think on my moves, blitz games do not appeal to me. Probably learned how to play the game of kings before I learned how to speak, and fell in love with the game and have been playing ever since. I first started playing seriously when I was twelve, playing every Sunday at the Barnes & Nobles library with other 1700 players. Still playing and will remain active as long as I live.
