Hi guys! I finally made a bio! Weird right? Anyways, let me introduce myself. My name is Kyle and I am 13 years old. I started chess back in 2023 and have started improving since. To be honest, the Improvers Club has really made me who I am on this website, and made me play chess much more frequently.

I started when my dad (thanks to him, I started my chess career) showed me a TV show on Netflix called, The Queen’s Gambit. It’s a pretty basic origin story and I’m pretty sure that most of the people reading this right now have started the same way. After this, I started to have a new insight for chess. You can even say that it was becoming… MASSIVE. The rest is history!

I mean, I just like playing chess a lot tbh. It’s like an addiction that is healthy for you (although that isn’t possible). I’m even the best player in my school; occasionally beating some teachers. At this moment, I’m trying to find a suitable club for myself but who knows? I might find one this week, next month, or even next year in all honesty! I think I’m keeping you guys here for too long. I’ll just get this over with.
