I like chess and spend couple hours a week playing blitz for my enjoyment. I do not pursue chess carrier or high FIDE rating and such, though it does not mean that I do not want to improve my skill.

Rematch
I don't mind rematch and usually accept it. If I do not, it means that I run out of time, get tired, got busy or similar.
Take backs
I play blitz most of the time and do not ask or accept take backs. When somebody asks for takeback I got distracted, lose focus and line of the game, so I just ignore or reject.
