My father taught me chess when I was about 12 years old. I played sometimes with him, but we only knew how to move the pieces. When I was 31, a friend explained to me some basic principles about strategy and tactics. I saw some videos on youtube about chess and it was kind of a love at first sight! Since then, I'm trying to improve my game!
