I learnt to play Chess from a book at about the age of 9. Chess was so mysterious then that I just wanted to find out what it was about. I loved books then and Mathematics and Science Fiction. I still do now but maybe not quite as much.
Then I very much stayed indoors although loved walking. Now I am more outside looking after our cows, horses, geese and ducks....
