Played club chess in competitions in high school in the 1980s. Had around 200+ official competition games (face to face, as there was no internet in those days). I decided to start to play chess again now in the 2020s 30+ years later. I live on the west coast of Finland, Europe.

I would like to visit chess clubs in other countries and combine chess and tourism. The easiest for me would of course be to visit Estonia, Sweden, or Norway, as they are neighbouring countries that I can visit without a visa application. I have also played chess in the streets of St Petersburg, Russia where chess is part of the local culture, and I would love to do that again.
