Auto Kick off scheme!!!

Hello guys...Emporer_Timyerar  has been kind enough for me so as to grant me a position as a TM admin. I hereby announce my glory of chess scheme: those in TMs who have more than a 35-50%(or more) rate of timeouts recently as well as a peculiar habit of intentional timeouts in the TMs BEFORE the 4 moves will be entitled for a kick off from the TMs...... If you want to join the TMs, you need to have a good win rate (12W/123L/0D, C'mon guys!?). And lastly, who stalls around by going on a vacc A LOT shall be kicked off as well... If you have a bad record and want to join, just imrove your chess and your record!!!

                Anyways, it shouldnt be a problem to the bonafide and devoted chess players on the group, but the persons who use DECEPTION on the team is to be BANNED from the group  (Super admin will be given the whole case report.)

As any other groups, this team too need to dominate the charts, but we need you to do the THING!!!

For to the captains, though this method seems to be absurd in the most peculiar of ways, this DOES seems to promise  good team results.

Lastly, the team need needs you, guys!!!
