ECL2016 registration

ECL2016 starts shortly. All teams mentionned in the 3 divisions are automatically registered. Round 1 confirms registration. If a team does not respond in R1 it will be considered as withdraw team and it will be replaced. The withdraw team will start 2017 season in the bottom division.
