Knockout and Team Matches
I am not sure if I should just start some Team Matches immeadiately or register out team for the Season 9 Knockout competition. The Knockout is in my opinion the best competition for team matches (standard and 960). We have to decide quick because there are only 2 places left.
(Btw, I will also send some VC challenges out at the beginning of September)

This season, if there is sufficient interest, will be different. Additional rules will be published if sufficient numbers of groups register. The general gist is that teams build like normal but the final roster will be adjusted so there is only one player per rating century (edit by mromanian: we might change it to more like 2 or 3). This will naturally mean players will have to be removed prior to locking. Where there is no opposing player then the player will also have to be removed. This will give a team, minimum 10 maximum approximately 20 and a completely even Team Match. All other rules in previous seasons will apply. Myself and Stephen will monitor locking of matches on a set date. Admins involved will have to be especially vigilent. Please enter your teams here with responsible admins and links. Also please ask any questions you have regarding this new venture!!
