Team Wins with Checkmate!

While it is always satisfying to checkmate an opponent, it is doubly so when that opponent is rated higher than us. And, when that is accomplished over an adversary greater than 3 times your size in a contest where teamwork is a prequisite, how can we not be forgiven for alittle gloating 

We, average rating 1441with 900 or so members, played Chess Society a group >3000 strong, and with an average rating of 1450, a Vote Chess game, 3 days per move, which is about to climax with an expolsive final move.

Isn't it alittle stubborn that an adversary who has 42% win statistic not allowed themselves the dignity of resignation over the ingomy of succombing to the fatal blow? This win will hopefully improve our 53 percentage won, and our member participation in Team vote matches.
