Admins need to learn and read.

We now have our 1st Admin. With more people in these positions now some rules need to be laid out. Admins assist other members as much as possible. Admins need to be able to come up with ideas, matches, tournaments, etc. at least once a month.

Admins should as sponsor the club to others in an appropriate manner, such as put an invite link on tournaments you host, inviting people to the club, etc. While it is a great honor to be promoted it also comes with great responsibility, and if that responsibility is not followed, you will be demoted. 

Things to come to me about before doing: 

-Starting a match or vote chess

- Making an announcement or news post

- Kicking someone out of the club
