CCC 6: The Winter Classic (preview)
Winter propels fish to move under water and chess players to move online!? Stockfish has been taking a deep dive this winter and chess fans are circling around to watch.

In the most recent CCC event, Battle of the Leelas, Stockfish finished in 4th place(?!) behind a new wave of Neural Net (NN) chess programs, all built upon Lc0. This freshly coded batch of Lc0 spin-offs, each with provocative names like Leelenstein and Antifish, are taking over computer chess and in the lead is Antifish, a modified version of Lc0 crafted by a college freshman, and trained specifically to beat Stockfish.
CCC 6 is the premier of three new engines: Allie, Schooner and Rofchade.
