"Friday CLASH" event #8 REVIEW!
Hi guys! The "Friday CLASH" event #8 saw two new players entered the tournament: @BoraBoy and @katerinah337! A huge thanks to them and other people who supported the event! It's time to 🔎REVIEW🔎 it!
1. Swiss part.
In the first round, @sid0049 continued his winning streak with @champion-19 while @BoraBoy earned his 1 point in the game against @katerinah337.
There won't be any chess diagrams this time because of a Chess.com bug!
@sid0049 tried his best to beat @BoraBoy in their clash for the first place in the tournament but @BoraBoy miraculously escaped with a sudden perpetual check! Sadly, I can't show the game here... In the other game, @champion-19 outplayed @katerinah337.
In the third and last round, things went wrong for @champion-19 who lost his game vs @BoraBoy in 14 moves! Meanwhile, @katerinah337 was desperate to win the game against @sid0049. @sid0049 won the Swiss part together with @BoraBoy.Â

2. The Knockout.
@champion-19Â played @katerinah337Â in the first Semifinal and for some reasons, she didn't answer the challenge and got a technical loss. @sid0049Â had to go(again
) and got a technical loss, too. Because of that, @BoraBoy faced @champion-19 in the Final. It looked like a boring one at first glance - @BoraBoy won the first 2 games! Then @champion-19 managed to beat his opponent in the third blitz game but lost in the fourth anyway.Â
