July 17th USCF Results

Great turn out at Rocky's house today. Lots of first time tournament players! Thanks to everyone for coming and keeping chess alive in Corpus Christi. Below is the link for the tournament results.

If you do not want to click, below is a snippet. Rumor is there will be another tournament next month around the same time/ same place. What are your thoughts on longer time controls? I personally would prefer g60 if we have a three round tournament.

Also, one last note. Neyland Public Library has Chess every Saturday. It begins at 11am and ends at either 1pm, or 2pm. Usually skill ranging from new players to 2000+ depending on who feels like showing up.
