Making our club more active

Hello friends 

Today's our topic of discussion is how to make our club more active.

In our club only 15-20 members generally become active in a day.

The main reason behind this is that there is nothing to do in our club. One World league was twice in week only and it is difficult for low rated players to play in it and club matches were not much attractive and avoided by most of members.

Now I have some suggestions to make our club more interesting

We can add some features to our club 

1. Feedback form 
2. Request to become coordinator and admin of our club 
3. Puzzles form 
4. Issue form 
5. Report form 
6. Special status etc.

I will tell about then in deep 

Feedback Form- In this form everyone will tell their experience about our club and if we make any new tournament like UPCPL 2 then their feedback will also send here.

Request to become coordinator or admin of our club- Many players use to demand for being admin or coordinator so this form will be a grateful feature for them. 

In this form everyone who want to become admin can post his/her request and what will he/ she will do for our club. If there request will accept then for first week they have work as normal member in second week promotion to coordinator and if super admin will be happy with their work then promotion to admin will be given.

Puzzle Form- puzzles may attract attention of players to our club but I have seen that in some clubs puzzles were posted everyday in news for forms and members of that club get frustrated with the notification of puzzles and then just mute notification of that club. 

For preventing this there will be a fix form in which everyone will post their puzzles and everyone have to follow that form to get notified.

Issue Form- In this form if anyone have any issues related to our club then he/she can post in it.

Repost Form- In this form if anyone didn't follow our policies like loosing important games on time or chatting bad or misusing powers of admin or coordinator then a member of club can message here.

Here we will decide what to do with that members who is guilty.

Specal Status- This will be most attractive feature of our club in future.

In this special status we will make various ranks and give rank to those players who were playing for our club/chatting well and posting good forms for our club.

Anyone who have special status will not get ban or mute directly if he/she finds guilty in anything and 

Special status can give them power we make strong requires to take action against anyone too.

It's also useful because we cannot make everyone admin or coordinator who plays for our club.
