Rules for KPOP STANS SAs, Admins, and Coordinators

Club Guidelines for SAs and Admins:

SAs / Admins: 

1. Please DO NOT promote or demote members without MY (@ChessSensasian’s) permission and without letting me know beforehand. Your position is a privilege; do not abuse your power. 
2. If I’m not available and a member happens to be breaking the club rules, I trust that you will act accordingly and enforce the rules in my absence.
3. Please do not edit the rules or anything about the club unless you discuss it with me or with me and the other SAs. 

General Rules for Coordinators, Admins, and SAs:

1. Please ask me if you would like to be promoted or to promote another member before you take action.
   
2. Invite at least 10 members a month.
3. Please be active in the club. Inactive members for over a week will lose their position until they participate in the club for 24 hours. Inactivity for more that 3 weeks will lead to losing one’s position until I decide you can have your position back.
   
4. If there’s a special case, such as an emergency, big school project, etc, and you weren’t able to be online, please let me know by pm when you come back online.  
   
5. If you would like to partner clubs or edit the club in anyway, let me know before you take action. If I’m not present, pm me if you want to edit something in the club and I will talk to you about it when I am online.
6. If something does transpire without my knowledge of it, please let me know ASAP by pm or chat. 

Please abide by the rules.

Your position doesn’t exempt you from the consequences of breaking them.

If you have suggestions on how to improve the club, we will discuss it together in a forum before taking action. 

Occasionally, I will promote and demote members based on my reasons. 

If you have a problem or question about anything I have done, please let me know. I wish to resolve the issue ASAP.
