To improve club

To improve club We need to make admins or anything carefully or it will be bad for us.Making Jobs will be good but please don't make useless admins. Give them jobs and then make. As I am doing my Job as I guide the club in vote chess. also making less admins is a brilliant step for the club! Please tell in comments that if you are a admin so tell your job or what good you are doing for the club. or you will be demoted!
