It's the "Open" section so that's why there are some uh lower rated players there lol. Time control G/120 d5. I should get favorable games in rounds 1-2, should be on my way to facing Varagona in round 3. I'm rated 2091 after a horrid month of chess in July, hoping to at least get back to 2100 here. If I can't do that in this event then Idk what to say. The dream scenario would be 5/6 with my only loss being to Rachels (even I dont dare dream of going 6/6 with a win over Rachels, and y'all know I'm ambitious!), if I do that then I regain most of the rating I lost in July. So... yeah. Gonna hope for the best I reckon.
