Head admin Commander_Riker - Reserves ultimate responsibility and decision making, group leader, etc.

Deputy head Commander_Scott - second in command. Is above other admins but below head admin. They are also seen by the group as a "vice president' of sorts.... handles the Founders and makes sure they do their jobs.

Vote Chess Captain ??? - charged with keeping vote chess active, fun, and with promoting discussion. Results will be expected, and vote chess games during a VC captain's tenure shall not have a win percentage of less than 40 percent. This admin also creates vote chess matches and deals with incoming VC challenges. Preferrably a higher rated player.

Team Match Admin monster2319 - Is charged with dealing with incoming challenges as well as sending out challenges. This admin is in charge of seeing that people sign up, though help from other admins is often solicited. Matches should be frequent enough to hold people's interest but not so frequent as to become a nuisance. Results will be expected, and matches during a this admin's tenure shall not have a win percentage of less than 35 percent.

Tournament Admin ??? - When, from time to time, tournaments are ordered for special events, this admin is in charge of creating and running them. Must be a premium member.

Chat admin Danny_Heisman - Keeps up lively discussion in notes/forums/chat room, or wherever discussion tends to float. All admins are expected to perform this task on a regular basis.

Time out admin(s) SudoRoot (watch for timeouts), ??? (contact timeouters) - This admin is charged with watching for timeouts, contacting those who commit them, and taking the necessary steps. Results are expected, and in a large match against a smaller or equal team, it is expected that no more than one eighth of games are timed out.

Recruiting admin SudoRoot, Commander_Riker - Sends invites, welcomes new members, and answers any questions new members may have. Results are expected, with sufficient growth as deemed by the head admin.

Deserter admin SudoRoot - This admin is charged with watching for members who leave the group, and follow up on their decision for leaving.

Forum admin ??? - maintains forums. Games, chats, etc. Little interest in forums as seen so far means this position may or may not exist. This position does NOT include things such as the league or riddle system.

Scribe ??? - writes newsletters of quality with proper grammar and capitalization. Admins with writing experience are preferred.

STTCL admin bgriffin21 - Represents Axanar in the STTCL (preferably handled by the Team Match Admin)

Gopher ??? - does little things the head or deputy admin ask for which don't fit under a different admin position.
