Dear Czeskom Support Team,

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unexpected charge of 500 PLN that was made to my account, despite the fact that I had previously canceled my subscription.

I canceled my subscription before the renewal date and was under the impression that no further charges would be made. However, I recently discovered that my account was still charged for a new billing period — exactly one month and one day after my cancellation.

I did not authorize this payment, nor was I aware that my subscription had not been properly canceled. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of 500 PLN and immediate cancellation of the current premium period.

Please confirm that the subscription has been canceled and that the refund is being processed.
