WGM Tuduetso Sabure
Bio
Tuduetso Sabure is a Botswanan woman grandmaster who won the 2005 African Women’s Chess Championship. That win earned her the right to play in the 2006 Women’s World Chess Championship, where she lost in the first round to GM Humpy Koneru. Sabure has played for Botswana in multiple Women’s Chess Olympiads. In 2013, she was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematous, which caused her to take a couple of years off from chess.
