Hi! My name is Daniel Shubin and I am a USCF National Master and a FIDE Candidate Master. I have played over a thousand competitive games, spent hundreds of hours studying and improving my gameplay, and have 10+ years of chess experience. I have played and won in state-wide chess tournaments as well as represented the United States at international events. Throughout my chess career, I have taken what I learned and utilized it while teaching students. In the few past years, I have coached students, led simuls, and presented on some of the highlights of my career. I am currently offering my services for new/inexperienced chess players (1200-1600 rating range) who hope to improve their play and understand key concepts behind the game. If you are interested, please reach out to me at shubindani@gmail.com or message me at 425-499-0442.
