We like to play 3 Check, the variant you already know how to play! It’s like standard Western chess with an extra, often surprising, way to win: if you put the opponent’s king in check three times, congratulations.

The club is brand new as of 31 May 2023. We’ll definitely set up frequent casual tournaments for chances to play and meet up. There will also be a members-only forum for ideas and chatter.

There is only one Prime Directive here: Don’t be a jerk.
