Welcome to The High Elo Society! This is the ultimate paradise where players engage in intellectual discourse, friendly competition and pursuit of excellence! No matter who you are - you will find a place to have fun, engage in intellectual discussions and competition! Our club is the perfect lounge for sharing your passion for the game and connecting the dots of the 64 squares we all live in! Whatever may be your rating, we offer various improvement forms for everybody! But, we are selective in whom we allow in our club, so all you need to join our club is have an account over a month old and have a rating above 1200 - and you're good to go!
In our club, we believe more in just 'practice for improvement' - we constantly find ways to challenge ourselves and actively engage in the process of improvement. We also find ways to constantly motivate of ourselves and strive for excellence, and whether you are not that well versed in the more advanced concepts of chess or not, our club provides several services that can assist you in your road to improvement! Keep reading for more on this - as we offer several tools that can help bring your game to the next level!
Here, at The High Elo Society (THES), we offer several services for COMPLETELY FREE to all our members to enjoy the slow process of improvement. They include:
We've got a GAME REVIEW FORUM in which you can submit your game for review and get it reviewed for absolutely free! This is a very helpful tool, especially for those who cannot afford or do not have Chess.com premium membership. - Regularly posted Puzzles that can bend the thoughts of even the strongest players - and simpler puzzles to learn more basic concepts clearly. Whatever may be your level, we have to something to offer in our regular puzzles! The main point of the puzzle will usually be explained for weaker players to improve themselves.
- And our most important service - several, exceptionally detailed, engine verified game analyses by a 2200 rated player, selectively chosen for analysis. Here is a sample game for you to understand how our game analyses are:
- This idea has not yet been implemented, but we are planning on start making recaps on major events in the chess world - so you can stay updated with not only the drama and controversy, but also with the actual chess and drama and controversy!

As far as important it is to use passive ways to improve, such as going through top games or puzzles, it is also VERY MUCH important to actively engage with the game and constantly revise and implement the ideas you have been learning! In our club, we host several events that challenge you to engage in friendly competition with the other members to make you push harder and strive for excellence! Our tournaments can be joined by everybody! We are also a very hot club in the field of multi-club arenas - and our club has constantly emerged as a leading force over here - with many strong clubs fearing us. We have won most of the MCAs we have played, and we've beaten many prestigious clubs down the ranks. We are also an organizer of many active MCAs in which several strong clubs such as Team Philippines Live and Team Bulgaria Live participate in. We also have an MCA tracker - where all the scorers' points in MCAs which our club has participated in are counted - and the winner of the month unlocks some SPECIAL privileges - such as maybe a promotion - or they can even play a vote chess match against the entire club! To summarize, our club offers a special active improvement system that involves provision of prizes, but that's not only what you should be playing for, you should be playing for yourself - for your improvement! We are also dominant in Vote Chess, winning most of our matches, and we hope on becoming one of the top Vote Chess communities on Chess.com, and your help can be significant in helping us reach this goal.
As you already might have known, our club regularly organizes events and participates in multi-club arenas. We are planning on adding additional prizes to this - such as if you do well in an MCA for us or get a good result in a competition organized by our club - you can get free opening lines, analytics and endgame insights!
The High Elo Society is more than just a club - it is a community where everybody connects with others and supports each other in this journey to checkmate on the 64 squares.
