First to ask gets to wand duel me! Here are the rules:

1) You get 12hrs to cast an offensive or defensive charm. Forget, and you lose. However, this does not mean you have to wait until the 12hrs are up to cast a new spell, as long as you're ready. 12hrs is just the maximum.

2) Absolutely NO Unforgivable Curses.

3) Winning spells would be those that destroy your opponent. For instance, "Confringo" or "Reducto."

4) Shield Charms, such as "Protego," are broken once they have deflected one spell. After you use one, you may cast a new spell.

5) If you get hit with "Sectumsempra," "Dissendium," or the such, you have three hours to "Episkey" yourself out of it before you lose. Once you're safe, you may use another offensive spell.

6) If two offensive spells collide, they stay poised until either 12hrs is up (and it's a draw) or the duelists agree to make it nuteral.

7) If you are unable to respond to a Disarming Charm within three hours, it causes you to have to wait another six hours before casting a new spell (to stress the time limit) unless you summon your wand back.
