Hxg3 would lead to white's two rooks vs Queen, which is probably still a win, but I like Qh3. I think it says it all. It will win the rook on g3 and with white's control of the g file and doubled rooks, along with black's exposed king, mate isn't far behind. I just glanced at it though so I could be wrong. Interesting puzzle with all the pins.

Qc8 might stir up trouble, unless there's a fancy trick I'm not seeing with f7+

Maybe force the black king to the h file and then play pawn takes rook, which will take away the chance of black immediately pinning the white queen and king?

I definitely didn't see that. I thought maybe I'd force the king to the h file and then play h takes rook, but I like that a ton better.
What's wrong with HxG3? Not the best move, but white is winning a queen for two rooks.
Qe3 is "simple" and effective.
Qh3 given above maybe more crushing but far more complicated...
Those playing hxg3 just go into endgame where he loses f6, ok they have 2 rooks and g3 pawn but seems a very hard task to win that...
