- Helo, Mr. Dale! I`m admin of Team Lviv. I`ve read your massege about penalty at the CWC2020 Finals with Team Buenos-Aires. Our team didn`t want to brake rules. And we want to avoid this problem in future. So I kindly ask you to explain us which rule we have broken in that match. Our answer will help us to become better admins. You (as admins) removed weaker players from the match and left only players above 1850 in order to avoid loses on lower boards. Any restrictions to let team's weaker players join or removing them is stricktly forbidden as it is against intention to have the competition open to any chessplayer. Regards, Petr - Hello. Thank you for your answer. Yes, we have removed some multiplayers (many players in Ukraine used to play for different cities teams, so sometimes they become multiplayers). Some players removed by themselfs. As I know this pratice doesnt brake rules. We have seen, that another teams used to do the same. Am I misstaken? At the same you can see that you placed only one player below 1800 and If I check your other games, there are many players with lower rating. Petr - Hello. Sorry, I had few rest days and forgot about our conversation. Yes, on previous rounds many other players took part. But if some player have registered and than he removed by himself, is it wrong? ILLYA - Hello, it is not possible to identify if the player left by himself or has been removed by admin, so it is still wrong. If it is seldom case, than it is fine - but in your case having only one player weaker than 1800 raised concern. Petr - Hello, Ok, I understand. And I have another question: if I ask some players do not register, is it violation? ILLYA - Yes. It is violation, although it is very hard to proove. - Thank you for dialogue. Статут адмінського складу команди «Львів» Адміністратор повинен бути активним, позитивним і ідейним. Відповідальним, пунктуальним і обов’язковим. Адмін має як права, так і обов’язки. Адмін має право: Висловлювати свою думку. Пропонувати нові ідеї. Запрошувати нових гравців, писати новини про матчі та події. Організовувати форуми. Відповідати на питання шахістів на сторінці команди, заохочувати гравців до участі у матчах, спостерігати за таймаутниками. Брати участь в усіх матчах команди. Організовувати турніри тренувальні та офіційні, , організовувати товариські матчі, домовлятися за офіційні матчі, провадити команду в міжнародних командних турнірах, спілкуватися з адмінами турнірів і команд суперників. Адмін має обов’язок: Брати участь в усіх важливих матчах команди; принаймні раз в тиждень зробити щось для команди (запросити гравців, організувати тренування, провести мобілізацію і тп.); робити все, щоб покращити команду; виконувати свої безпосередні обов’язки; не приймати самочинних рішень; брати участь в обговорюванні питань команди; завчасно повідомляти про особисті перешкоди в адмініструванні командою чи в участі у матчах; Коли попав у таймаут – відпрацювати:(до прикладу: запросити 30 нових гравців або щось інше відчутне зробити для команди.) Категорично заборонено: свідомо шкодити команді (зливати ігри, виганяти гравців, провокації, бунти, саботажі і інш.)
