Thank you Grandmaster Melikset Khachiyan.
One of the first videos I've watched on Chess.com. Really nice explanations and nice game.
Great piece of work, both as a game and lecture!! Brilliant

Great video with a big lesson.
excellent video! thank you, GM!
thank you for sharing your thoughts through this game. very instructive indeed!
As usual, you balance strategic ideas with tactical points and make the game look easy. Another fine video from Melik!
Great work! So many great points Melik! I'm going to re-watch this!
I'm in that tournament too! Perhaps we may meet in the playing hall.
Excellent and instructive - I love your videos!
I always enjoy your lectures, and this was one of the best. You do a wonderful job explaining concepts which we can carry over into our own games.
Melik's videos are always extremely helpful. He has such a relaxed attitude towards explaining ideas and plans to the viewers that it makes it a great experience for anyone to watch and get something out of each video. A great coach who can explain quite deep ideas and plans in simple language. Thank you and congratulations. :)
Excellent video, Melik, and congratulations on winning the American Open! Thanks for the instructive and enjoyable analysis.
by GM Melikset Khachiyan
GM Khachiyan reviews a highly instructional game, explaining "all things positional" along the way! In Yankovsky-Khachiyan, played roughly one month ago, Melik recognized the critical moment in the transition stage from the opening to the middlegame, and he decided to prepare for a long term kingside attack. Do things work out in the long run, or does the position hold too much tension for Melik to achieve his goals? Watch and find out!
