Report on the activities on 24.02.2025 - When Trotzky left.

Multiple things happened today: 

1st: Our founder and most active participant Comrade_Trotzky has left chesscom.

2nd: Power is transistioned to the soviet model of councils based on elected representatives with four offices: The council of commisars for... 

1. game creation

 responsible to determine the amount of games. 

2. invitations

 responsible for determining who has the responsibility to invite how many people.  

3. designs

 anything that has pictures/slogans/wording in it which can be seen by members and outsiders. 

4. fairness and professionalism

 to determine whether statements have been backed up by arguments. 

[Attention: this does not give it the right to do anything about the people. It can however make statements on what issues they find in arguments if they get too heated.] 

None of the commisars have the right to acutally do anything about the anyone. It can however point to problems.

3rd: Voting the councils: 

 Until 25.02.2025 13.00 UTC you can still suggest candidates for the councils. Every candidate (no matter how many voted him) recieves some power (and added power per vote gotten on election day). Then you have 2 days until 27.02.2025 13.00UTC to vote. Forum posts will be created for that matter.

4th: A new nominal leader

The new leader will be elected by the members of the Commune. 

He posesses no power at all. 

Whoever votes CANNOT be a candidate. Please suggest yourselves as candidates if you intend to be a candidate before 25.02.2025. 

Voting starts tomorrow, 25.02.2025 and ends that day.
