Unrated of course. The position is a forced draw, but the option of resigning always exists so I guess the title is a lie
Since the group size is more than 2, it's not guaranteed that it will be fair since people can resign some games while drawing others. But if you want to leave the tournament, it's encouraged you be fair and just click the "withdraw" button lol
