All GUIs should do that. They all show the engine's recommended line, with the scores. That's part of the engine's output, that the GUI reads.
So yes, WinBoard, Scid vs. PC, Arena, Shredder, Fritz, etc., will all do this, assuming I understand your question correctly.
You will want to set your PV (Principal Variation) to something more than "1." For example if you set it to 5, it will display the top 5 moves, and the numerical score for each.
Is there a good (preferably free) gui that shows the (numerical) evaluation of of all the moves the computer is considering? I think I saw kingscrusher (from youtube!) using something like this where the gui showed the top 5 moves the engine was considering and their relative point value.
