A whole 2 Paragraphs in EVERY MESSAGE!!!!

This is in the very first message, but I do not believe it is meant to be in the rest in the least. It repeats on the top of hints and on the bottom of the regular messages after every correct and wrong move.

"The pawn structure is a well known one. White enjoys more queenside space and would like to first develop his pieces and castle. Then he can entertain ideas like e2-e4, gaining extra space in the center. Thus typical moves for White would be Bb2, Bg2, 0-0, Qc2, and perhaps e2-e4. On the other hand, Black would like to challenge white's spatial domination by developing and then playing for ...c6-c5. Moves like ...b6, ...Bb7, ...Nbd7, and eventually ...c6-c5 are logical.

All this zipped though my mind in a nanosecond, and I was intrigued that they were playing an advanced opening that called for some serious strategic know how. My appreciation for their skills vanished, however, when White continued with 7.c5. At first, this might look reasonable since White is trying to annex a major amount of queenside territory from his opponent. But what it really showed was that White (and Black, which was made clear by his subsequent reply) didn't have any idea what was going on. I could go on and on discussing the strategic implications of pushing the pawn to c5, but instead I'll settle on one important tactical component (which has serious strategic implications) of the c4-c5 advance: In general, this push is only playable if White's a1-Rook is protected. Yes, this sounds insane. But the reason (and justification) for my comment will soon become crystal clear."

I think you are just supposed to ignore it as it scrolls away after you start playing moves.

However, it is there to torment you in the middle of the night if you let it.

I think that lesson comes from a book, but which one, I don't know.
