(not) GM Baylor Elkins

It has caught my attention that there’s someone out there under the name of Baylor Elkins who has been making forums like “Hello chess.com. I am a grandmaster. Since you have not given me the title, I will quit. -GM Baylor Elkins”

I believe these forums are FAKE. If you go on his profile, it says he’s only 1000 elo. Here’s one of the forums I recently found:
