I think I am having the same problem. My rating graph has a straight line across it. Also, the links that control the time scale for the graph don't actually change the times shown either.
Just to be clear the actual number rating changes it's just the graph that seems to be broken.
Update: things are almost completely fixed. Now I can see a little tail at the end of the graph showing my recent work. Also on the full report screen the time scale links now work. The only thing that's not working now are the time scale links for the graph on my mentor homepage.
Now, Its quite good for me as well.
