Benoni (Why not take on c4?)

I've been seeing many master games where the benoni is played the following way and, (pardon my bad sight) why don't they take on c4?

White plays 14.Bc2 so that the bishop maintains defence of e4. Black can answer 14.Bxc4 with Nxe4, the pin on the Q allowing him to retrieve his piece.
