e3, K2, a3 - What is this crazy opening called?

Hey guys,

I encountered a strange opening by white, one that I have never seen before whilst playing an azn lady and am wondering what the name of that opening is. Does anyone know if this a sound opening? Because she did very well... I was baffled.

1. e3
2. Ke2
3. a3

And then she started moving her king into the corner.

There is so much out there on this Bongcloud opening. I had no idea.
