In my opinion, it's tough to gauge Black's success based on White's play. White wastes quite a few tempos by creating an unnecessary wall on the Kingside as well as retreating his Knight randomly.
I guess one of the strengths of the Sicilian is that the e-pawn and d-pawn really slow White's attack, allowing you to catch up. But you probably won't be able to get away with so many pawn moves in the opening if White focused on building up his attack.
As is, you might be facing some pressure on the d-file if White decides to castle on the Queenside. This will also free him up to push the Kingside pawns for a nice attack.
