Tips for countering Patzer opening?

In the last 20 games I played on various sites, my opponents have been using the Patzer opening religiously, probably in hopes to Scholar's mate me. I looked around and found zero traps, since I'm a low level and they are I thought a trap should work, or any counterplay. Can anyone give me a little insight about the best way to counter this? It's just the only opening I'm afraid to play poorly.

Looks like you've handled it just fine in your last couple of live games here. Don't expect an easy win if white plays it, it's completely sound, just not ideal.
