What is the best opening for the white?

A move with 10 games out of 300 or so in that position that scores worse than any more common move is not exactly theoretical.

After f6?? black is probably just lost and white punished him. 

Rb8 is probably the best move, none of blacks moves after f6 look too bad (other than perhaps c4?), and white played stronger than most 2400s I've seen play blitz despite not playing all engine moves and the position being rather simple (so there is no evidence that he cheated).

On a different note, Solipist is a complete jerk who is making multiple accounts, accussing people of cheating, and calling people morons and idiots, and perhaps a moderator or staff could take some action. Thx.

@mosey69 Yes but only in the theoretical sense.

So far no one has said the obvious. Openings are subjective to the middle game which is dictated by the endgame.  So studying openings should be way down the list of things to work on when improving. However,  when you do decide... Pick openings you can grow with. Main lines are better than systems because of thier depth. (although if you have limited study time, systems might be best for you) 

The first move!

The best opening for White people is d4.

Black people should open with e4.

Asians should open with Nf3.
