an opening typically requires a set up from both sides to be definable & recognizable.  perhaps you could show the game?

As other(s) said this has no name.

This, and similar positions, are often shown to new players to give them a reference for what squares are good for their pieces and that in the opening you need to focus on the center and development instead of attacking (as new players often make the error of attacking very very early).

You're very unlikely to be able to do this entire setup in a real game (unless you're playing a very poor and very new player).  But if you castle and and connect your rooks along the backrank within 10 moves (give or take depending on if they force you to delay it) then you'll be opening a solid game, and giving yourself not only better winning chances (whether you realize it or not) but also the opportunity to become familiar with standard play / positions.  These will be useful as you inevitably move on to stronger players who will always quickly punish a non-developmental, non-castling opponent.

Thanks, all!Laughing
