I sort of doubt the issue is with Chess.com. At least, I've never had a disconnect here. Is it possible that the issue is with your internet provider?

WHAT IS BEING DONE ABOUT THE DISCONNECTS. I play a 9 min. game and had 15 disconnects before the game was over. Is chess.com aware of this or they,?
