I have taken a million rating tests online, every time they say I have a rating between 1500 and 1800. I'm 1377.
Different rating pools. Those tests were not designed for this site.

That's what makes the Glicko system so great. It takes into account the accuracy of your enemy's rating, so if you lose to a 1200 (but an internal 2200), you won't lose as many points as you would to a 1200 who's played over 9000 games.

Just going through old threads I've posted in, and came across this...
You know, I never did figure out what you meant in that post. Perhaps the mystery shall remain so for all of time.
The irony is, now this is my thread.
And therefore, they have higher ratings... Statistically, these ratings are fairly accurate.
