Also, isn't CM for FIDE and not for USCF? I didn't think you could be a USCF CM? I guess you will just have to wait until you get to 2200. Best of luck to you in your title!
Yeah, I'm pretty sure it is only CM for FIDE and he will have to wait for NM for the USCF or get a 2200 FIDE rating.
