Select Opponent in Range

Under the 'Start Game' icon in live chess I used to have two boxes to specify the minimum and maximum opponent. This option has now gone so I am forced to play people way higher than me who I am not ready for yet. Your staff answer was to say that this is the new way it works - but that's not true. My friends on Chess.com have told me they can still select this range. It's a very important feature for me, I would like it back please.

It is still there above the 'Start Game' icon, in the 'New Game' tab, you should see Min Rating _____  and Max Rating ______.

Thanks for your reply, but it is not there - I am already in the new game tab, that's where it has disappeared from.

in the left side of bottom of creat game table there is a transparented link named graph options .you are searching this ?

You have to choose custom in the time menu and then the rating options button pops up.
