My ICC standard rating was 300-400 points higher then my current chess.com rating, so I would agree that there is some rating deflation on this website.

I don't know how many of you have noticed this, but I am impressed at how many players on this site are capable of beating CMs, IMs, NMs and GMs. I see it happen all the time. Also, my official USCF rating way higher than my all of my live chess ratings. Why do you guys think this is? I mean, one can argue I am not as focoused during online play. But I usually give the game my full attention. It's either chess.com is really strong or everyone is using an engine. LOL. I kid .
