e4 v.s. d4 analysis

the battle of e4 v.s. d4 has gone on for centuries but note enough people have devoted time to it, lets help decide which is better! if you decide to participate say which side you want to be on (which ever move you know more about) and you start giving analysis if that move. if we get enough people on each team we can give a big analysis of each. d4=more secure and clear advantages, however small, for white. e4 too complicated.
