5.c3 is fine (I personally play nc3), although 4.bc4 isnt best, black should have played 4.d5

14.g4 isnt good but its not bad enough to be considered a blunder. Perhaps better is f4 to secure your hanging pawn.

LICHESS is just an engine?  I use engine as well.  Is LICHESS any different?

Its a whole site, stockfish is the engine... But i find it more user friendly than atleast the analysis on this site. If you used an engine to analyse the game after you played it, it should give you the answer to all of your questions.....
