Please help me analyze this game!

I think I played good in the opening and failed miserably in the middlegame and then got counterplay in the endgame, and managed to get the win.

3.. Be7 is more accurate than Nf6 I think, as you cannot play Bg5 in this line with f3 and Ne2 setup. Therefore he has to play Nf3 if he wants to play Bg5, and then stops the oppurtunity of f3.

Congratulation on your win. You had a totally won game on move14 because 14.Bc5?? is a blunder and your creative 14...Bd7! gives you a win. 3...Be7 is playable but if white a strong 1.d4 player, he or she can have give some problem the opening, much better is 3...Nf6, white cannot transpose to a Semi-Slav, with 3...Be7 is too passive, for instead white can play 4.e3 or the very strong 4.Nf3.
I comment some tomorrow.
Brilliantly played :)
White's real mistake was thinking he could move his queen in for checkmate and get away with it :/ it's never a good idea to abandon your king with powerful enemy pieces right around the corner.

Possibly 17...Qb4 will give you an easier and give white a lot trouble in kingside.
The purpose for 17...Qb4 is defended the black diagonal b4 to e7 squares, white needs to react quickly because can develop the knight to f6 and connect his rooks.

Skotheim, the main thing is you won a difficult game and in my analysis is not exhausted but white is a piece down and needs to put pressure somewhere, the problem is if black is careful white will lose because not enough compensation for his lose of material. These kind of players who sacrifice without calculating, they hope their opponent will not defend well and win because the position look threating, he should of consider your rating and played more sounder. On move 7th, I think 7...Nf6 would been better for you instead of 7...Nxd4, looks risking to me.

The reason why I did not play Bd7 is because I calculated it losing material after 10.. Bd7 11. Be3 and wherever the queen goes on the d-file you play Rd1.
