scotch gambit game

Ok, so I decided to play the scotch gambit as one of my openings against an opponent. I just wanted to know if you guys have any thoughts about this game that I have played, and if there are some moves that I have missed or might have done, and really might have done differently, please feel free to tell me about it and also, if there are some moves that you think is not good or some moves that need to be done differently, please do tell. If you know any good scotch games, namely famous variaitions of games based on this opening, please to tell. I am currently trying to find all of the best moves for white and black for the scotch gambit as I have made this opening one of the openings that I will spend alot of time on improving...

here's my second game playing the scotch gambit.... I blundered and lost at the end. Can you guys help me out, I COMPLETELY lost all of my momentum and now I don't believe what I did. Shurely there must be some more moves that were alot better than the ones I did. If you guys can pick that up, please do tell....

Edit: not sure if 8.Bxf7+ is the best reply to 7... Qd7 though. For example 8.Ng5 might be better. I have had this position quite often in quick games, but never really analised it before.

yeah most definetly 8.Ng5...sometimes one feels the urge to attack early on a game, but often it's wise to have adequate force to continue in the attack....suppose a possible continuation would go like... 7. Qb3  Qd7  8. Ng5 Be6  9,Be3 0-0-0  10. 0-0-0  Nf6. I think white is better developed after that, and the game might become more interesting down the road. thanks for the reply....
